Workshops and talks

We all experience the menopause in a unique way. We have the right to take the time we need to take care of ourselves and explore what makes us feel better, inform ourselves, and make decisions about our bodies and our health during this stage of life.

In the workshops we address the menopause from a rights-based approach

Focusing on the respect for the human dignity of women and people who menstruate when menstruation permanently ceases
Questioning and deconstructing any reductionist concepts aimed at minimising and/or devaluing the vital process of the menopause.
The workshops create the space to break some myths, share knowledge and tools, and provide information.

We separate individualistic interpretations about health in menopause, to link it to community contexts.
